Description King Edward VII Reign 1901-1910. 1903 Maundy set. Catalogue: Spink# 3985. These four coin sets were traditionally given to the elderly by the monarch at a special church service held on Maundy Thursday. During King Edward's Reign this service took place at Westminster Abbey. These superb proof coins are housed in the original dated presentation case, made with wood and lined with blue velvet. SOLD.
