Description Nuvo Embellishment Mousse – French Rose is a thick, whipped, creamy water-based paint that acts like a textural acrylic medium. It goes on with a finger, brush, or palette knife, and can be used as a paint (when thinned with water,) a buffing paste, or a stencil colourant. It dries dimensionally without cracking and cleans up with soap and water. The metallic shine is opaque and suitable for both dark and light surfaces. It does not contain wax.
